There is not much I can say about it. So for short: I am very happy with the mask. It is painted very nicely, feels like high quality and it fits very good. It was delivered very fast and it was delivered in pristine condition. :D
Costumer service I don't know, since I did not need it, but if there would have been trouble, I bet it would have been great and helpful.

Samurai Oni Mask - Red
This shop is a lie and feels like a dropshipping place. Package came butchered to hell with no protection around the mask. As for sizing - listen to the other comments. You will put your measurements in but if you are petite, this mask will be several sizes too big. Really dissatisfied with this purchase.
Absolutely gorgeous handpainted mask that I ordered as a christmas gift! It's nicely lightweight, smooth and painted carefully with vibrant colours. We were very happy with the mask and the pricing is fair for what we received!
The mask looks great, just like the photo. I'd recommend omitting the twine since it seems cheap compared to the craft and colors of the mask. If it were high quality ribbon, that would be different.

The quality was great. The paint survived multiple events. The mask had the correct size, the curvature was a little narrower than my jawline but didn't affect much since it gave space for my face the breathe. I would recommend replacing the hemp rope with a stretchable strap if you get it for easier removal and more comfortable wearing.

Quality is great for the price. Some print lines, but coupled with the good coloring, they are not very noticeable.

Make sure to properly measure your face, if done correctly the size will fit you always.

INCREDIBLE. And shipped faster from Turkey via FedEx than most domestic packages I’ve received. Fantastic quality, best mask I own and they came through in the clutch just in time for Halloween. I honestly couldn’t be happier - I just need to figure out how to properly wear it, which I’ll be messaging them to inquire about. Definitely get a mask from them, you will not be disappointed.

Of the three oni-style masks I bought (yes, I really quite like hannya! All of them are excellent) this is the one I'm likely to wear the most. It's quite comfortable to wear, and the black menpo / white tooth variant is great for what I plan to use it for; if you're looking to do a yokai-punk / sukeban-decora sticker-wrapped aesthetic and throw on some splashes of CMYK neons, this is the mask I'd alter.
Lovely quality, and though the twine is very traditional it is better served being replaced by something more comfortable. Their Cyberpunk 2077 mask has a buckle that's very comfortable by comparison. Note that their masks do smell strongly of spray-paint upon first opening, but the scent fades quickly.
