Where do you ship from?

How long does shipping take to the USA?
Production: Each mask is handmade and usually ships within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, custom production or stock delays, dispatch may take up to 5–7 business days.
After dispatch:
• FREE USPS Standard Shipping: approximately 5–10 business days in transit.
• FedEx / UPS Express Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days in transit. Express is a paid option at checkout.
Production time is additional to transit time. Open Delivery Estimate on the product page for current estimated arrival dates, and check the available shipping options at checkout. Dates are estimates, not guarantees; customs, carrier delays and holidays may affect delivery.
Will I have to pay customs fees if I’m in the U.S.?
No. All U.S. orders ship with import fees included. Taxes and duties are already covered, so your order arrives with no extra costs.
What is your return policy?
30 days free return, no restocking fee, item must be unused.
Can I exchange a mask for a different size?
Yes, free exchange within 30 days.
What material are the masks made of?
High‑precision 3D printed PLA bioplastic.
Is it comfortable for extended wear?
Yes, lined with dense industrial sponge padding.
