We gladly accept special requests. When purchasing the mask you want, just write your customization requests in the notes section (Order special instructions), we will do it with great pleasure.

If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know in the order notes or via online chat. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that additional fees may apply for express shipping.

If you need to exchange a mask for a different size, please contact us. We will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.

We strive to process and ship orders within 2-5 days, but it may take up to a week. Delivery within the US and Canada takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks. Please note that these are estimates and delays can occur. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Ensure correct shipping information, as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If your package is lost or stolen, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
