Shipping Protection Policy

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on offered by SpaceArmory to help protect your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

Coverage applies only if Shipping Protection was selected and paid for at checkout.

What It Covers

Shipping Protection may cover:

Lost packages confirmed by the carrier

Packages damaged during transit

Packages marked delivered but missing or stolen

How to File a Claim

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or the last tracking update.

For damaged items, please include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

What It Does Not Cover

Shipping Protection does not cover:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer

Refused, unclaimed, or abandoned packages

Unpaid import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier fees

Customs delays or carrier delays

Orders returned because the customer did not collect the package

Normal wear, minor packaging damage, or buyer’s remorse

If Shipping Protection Was Not Purchased

If Shipping Protection was not selected at checkout, we will still help you with available tracking information and carrier support, but replacement or refund for loss, theft, or damage is not guaranteed.
