Order Processing
Our products are handmade and usually ship within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, custom production, or stock delays, dispatch may take up to 5–7 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship from Türkiye using FedEx, UPS, USPS, Evri, or local delivery partners depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, remote-area routing, security checks, or incorrect/incomplete addresses.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please follow the tracking page and respond to any carrier requests for delivery, pickup, or customs/payment action.
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Taxes and import fees depend on the destination country and the checkout setup for that order.
If checkout, the product page, or your order page clearly states “Taxes included,” “VAT included,” or “Import fees included,” those stated taxes/import fees are included for eligible orders.
United States orders: Import fees are included where stated at checkout or on our website.
European Union orders: VAT is included where shown and processed for eligible orders. You should not be charged VAT again on delivery when the order is correctly processed as VAT included.
Other destinations, including Canada and any country where taxes/import fees are not clearly shown as included: import duties, GST/VAT, customs charges, brokerage/disbursement fees, carrier fees, or local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are set by the destination country and/or carrier and are the buyer’s responsibility.
The shipping fee paid at checkout covers transportation only. It does not automatically include customs duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage/disbursement fees, or carrier collection fees unless clearly stated at checkout or on the order page.
Refused, Unclaimed, or Unpaid Customs Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery, does not collect the package, or does not pay required import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier fees, the shipment may be returned, held, or abandoned by the carrier.
In these cases, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs/import charges, carrier fees, handling fees, and any other costs charged to us may be deducted from any refund. If these costs exceed the refundable order amount, no refund may be available.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, return shipping costs, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package, please check your mailbox, porch, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors, or local carrier office.
If the package is still missing, contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. We will provide available shipping information to help, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Support
Every order includes tracking and delivery support until the carrier confirms delivery or pickup availability.
