WHAT IS CREATOR CIRCLE?
Creator Circle is a selective program for cosplayers and visual creators whose work aligns with the Space Armory aesthetic. Selected applicants may receive product support in exchange for high-quality content and brand-aligned collaboration.
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
This program is for creators with a clear visual style, an active public profile, and a genuine interest in cosplay, character builds, or cinematic content that fits the Space Armory world.
DOES APPLYING GUARANTEE APPROVAL?
No. Every application is reviewed manually. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, product support, or a response.
DO I NEED A LARGE FOLLOWING TO APPLY?
No. We care more about creative fit, content quality, consistency, and overall brand alignment than follower count alone.
WHAT DO YOU REVIEW IN AN APPLICATION?
We review your profile quality, visual style, content consistency, current build or concept, and how well your work fits the Space Armory brand.
CAN I CHOOSE THE PRODUCT I AM INTERESTED IN?
Yes. You can select the product that best fits your current build or concept. Product preference helps us understand creative fit, but it does not guarantee that a specific item will be approved or available.
WHAT DO SELECTED CREATORS NEED TO PROVIDE?
Selected creators may be asked to provide high-quality photo or video content featuring the product, along with agreed posting requirements such as tags, mentions, or social posts.
WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK?
Applications are reviewed manually. Selected creators will be contacted by email. Due to submission volume, we may not be able to respond to every application individually.
WHEN DO I SHARE MY SHIPPING DETAILS?
Shipping details are only requested after approval. We do not require shipping information at the initial application stage.
DO YOU COVER SHIPPING?
Yes. Shipping is fully covered by Space Armory for selected creators.
WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES?
For creators located in the United States, Space Armory covers all import-related fees.
CAN SPACE ARMORY REPOST OR FEATURE MY CONTENT?
Yes. By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree that any content created, submitted, or published as part of an approved Creator Circle collaboration may be reposted, featured, and used by Space Armory with credit across our website, social channels, email, and marketing materials.
CAN I APPLY AGAIN LATER?
Yes. You are welcome to apply again in the future, especially if your work, profile, or current build has evolved.
